NOTE:
Due to regulations, we cannot currently ship vapor products to the following states: AR, UT, VM, NV, GA, ME, CO, or SD. We also will not ship to the cities Chicago or San Francisco.
Due to regulations, we cannot ship hemp products to the following states: GA, ID, MD, MA, MI, MS, MT, NV, PA, or WA.
Shipping rates are calculated during the checkout process and vary by weight, package size and shipping destination. Estimated shipping times are stated with all shipping options. These times are estimated and may be more/less depending on processing time and final location.
Tracking numbers are provided on all orders, however USPS does not always update tracking numbers on First Class packages.
Stella Blues Naturals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages.
Priority Shipping does not mean priority processing, all orders are processed and completed in the order they are received.
Processing time on orders is typically 1-2 business days although that may change depending on volume. Express and overnight orders can be rushed by contacting us directly using our contact us form. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday may not ship until the next business day.
