Returns
Due to e-liquid and other consumables being subjective to a persons’ tastes we do not allow for returns and/or refunds once shipped. Please double check your order before placing it. If there was a problem with your order, please contact us so we can discuss the situation.
Returns on hardware and accessories for manufacture defects must be within 30 days of shipped date for an exchange of equal or greater value with the customer paying the difference. No refunds are allowed. Scratches and user abuse are not considered a manufacture defect. Used tanks are not allowed to be returned.
After 30 days please contact the manufacture of your product. You must have your original proof of purchase and packaging for all returns, to help expedite the process please give a brief explanation of the product issue if defective with the return. Shipping for defective items will be refunded once the item is received, on exchanges only. Mod Batteries, Mechanical Mods, Regulated Mods, Drippers, RDA's and RTA's have a DOA only warranty and are not allowed to be returned, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Unopened items still in original plastic wrap may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery date, shipping charges are not refunded. If free shipping was given on your order the shipping price will be deducted from your refund amount. Coils are not allowed for return. Items that are not in sealed plastic wrap are not allowed for return for full refund. All items returned must have their original packaging and paper work, NO exceptions. Returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds make take up to 7 days to process in addition to any bank processing time.
